who is better than the best. have you ever thought about it.
I think nature. here are why I think like this

"You are the owner and you have all right to increase the rent. if any one who is not satisfied with service or room rent he/she will definitely choose another option. Kindly don't try to remind us, This is what we know because we are not the small babies. "

This was the answer came into my mind after we had a meeting with the room owner regarding the recent hike in the rent. We are absolutely speech less in front of him. he was just showing is ownershipism like any thing to us. Finally we have to agree with him because we have no answer and not any particular idea in our mind to convince him.

So before going to meet some one. have a clear idea what might be the question for him and what you have to answer which will make every body profitable and most important speak with your full confidence with a straight eye to the opposition.

not an easy task though..

Today I found one of the reason why it give so much of pressure to me while working in the office, the task given to me is taking time as well as they are not up to the mark(i think), often i found my self in a illusion. the reason is obvious now .that is improper planning and unstructuerd todo. following the technics blindly,

Before starting a job plann it properly, set out goals. devide it to small small milestones. collect as much as infomation u can.Clear ambiguities. though i know it is not that easy in practical

Writing this on a magic figured date that is 08-08-08.
yesterday I heard from our room care taker as well as some of my friends are rumoring that this is going to be inauspicious day for every body. 8 is considered as a unlucky number for many. Though I don,t believe these type of things and I believe my self very very optimistic still some how there is a negative thinking in every body's mind. isn't it? as this is the beginning lets see what happening next..
