This was the answer came into my mind after we had a meeting with the room owner regarding the recent hike in the rent. We are absolutely speech less in front of him. he was just showing is ownershipism like any thing to us. Finally we have to agree with him because we have no answer and not any particular idea in our mind to convince him.
So before going to meet some one. have a clear idea what might be the question for him and what you have to answer which will make every body profitable and most important speak with your full confidence with a straight eye to the opposition.
