Today I found one of the reason why it give so much of pressure to me while working in the office, the task given to me is taking time as well as they are not up to the mark(i think), often i found my self in a illusion. the reason is obvious now .that is improper planning and unstructuerd todo. following the technics blindly,

Before starting a job plann it properly, set out goals. devide it to small small milestones. collect as much as infomation u can.Clear ambiguities. though i know it is not that easy in practical
